NC MOUNTAINS – How about 100% chance of snow Thursday night with 1-3” possible. Low of 28°. Friday should be more snow (about another 1-3” are forecasted) and highs in the mid 30s. Friday night looks snow (maybe another 1”) and lows around 23°. Saturday carries with it another 60% chance of snow with little or no additional accumulation and a high of around 35°. The low Saturday night should be 21°. Sunday? Maybe more snow! Highs Sunday will be on the mid to upper 30s and lows in the mid 20s.
WINTERGREEN RESORT IN VIRGINIA – Mostly cloudy overnight Thursday night and a low of 29°. Friday looks to be a bit wet with a 30% chance of light rain and a high of 44°. Friday could be snowy as temps drop to near freezing. Maybe an inch of snow could fall. Saturday will be a mix of rain and snow with a high around 39°. The low Saturday night should make for some light snow at 32°. Sunday looks like more underdeveloped snow and a high of 44°.
SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN WEST VIRGINIA – It should be Mostly Cloudy and cold Thursday night with a low of 24°. There’s a 50% chance of snow on Friday with a high of 30°. 1-2” of snow could fall. Friday night it will be a little more snow with lows around 20° and maybe another 1” of snowfall. There’s a 50% chance of more snow on Saturday with a high of 27°. Lows Saturday night should be in the teens. Sunday with bring another 40% chance of light snow and highs around 26°.
WISP RESORT IN MARYLAND – They get a little light snow on Thursday night with lows around 22°. There’s a 40% chance of snow on Friday with highs in the 35° range and maybe an inch or so of accumulation. Friday night will be cold and 25°. Saturday should be a mix of rain or snow with highs around 34° and a low of 24° and snow on Saturday night. Sunday brings a 30% chance of light snow and a high of 34°.
