As everyone probably already knows, the Appalachians are about to experience a historic storm.  Impressive snowfall totals are expected in West Virginia and North Carolina.  It really is history in the making and is very exciting for weather nerds such as myself.  Rumors are flying about whether or not a couple of the ski areas will make snow this week (and subsequently open).  We’ll have more on that and the weather forecast tomorrow but for now Brad Panovich has a video update on what is expected to happen over the next few days.  CLICK HERE to view his video!
