Friday was opening day of the 2014/2015 ski and snowboard season at Beech Mountain Resort and it couldn’t have gone any better. After two days of snow and weeks of snowmaking, the slopes were in mid-season form. Early morning clouds burned off quicky and everyone was treated to bluebird conditions by mid-morning. It really was a fantastic opening day. Below we’ve posted an AMAZING aerial video shot by Jordan Nelson. It’s pretty incredible. There’s also some pictures to gaze at as well.
