This year’s Beachin’ Weekend at Wisp Ski Resort in Deep Creek Lake Maryland will include a fun Cardboard Box Derby. As most know, we are all about the Box Car Derby’s at area ski resorts, and love the one that Ski Beech Resort does as well.

The Beachin’ Weekend Wisp Ski event is sponsored by the Deep Creek Lake Lions Club and is always a fun time. As the ski season begins to wind down in the ski areas located further south, Wisp Ski Resort in Maryland still will have tons of snow during the weekend of March 20, 2010 and March 21, 2010, and the Beachin’ Weekend event at Wisp Ski Resort in Maryland guarantees a great time for all. Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy live music and games, and on Saturday the infamous Wisp Ski Resort Cardboard Box Derby will take place.
