If you are traveling North from I-40 Morganton, NC:
Exit 105, turn north on 18. Travel north 3 miles to the city of Morganton and bear left on 181 North. Just before leaving town, there is a Food Lion (groceries) and a K-Mart on the right. Continue north on 181 until it intersects with Hwy 221. Turn left on 221 and travel about five miles; Linville River Log Cabins will be on your left.
If you are traveling South from Boone, NC:
Take Hwy 105 South until it intersects Hwy 221 in Linville. Continue south on 221 through Pineola and Altamont; Linville River Log Cabins will be on your left just after you enter Altamont.
