VACATIONS TO BANNER ELK AND BEECH MOUNTAIN JUST GOT CHEAPER…AND EASIER!

A & W Mountain Rentals & Realty, Inc offers "Recessions" Discounts and Specials to make your ski getaway to Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain and the High Country of Western North Carolina just a little bit easier! These guys are the kind of people you just really WANT to do business with! A & W Rentals is based out of Banner Elk, North Carolina but provides some of the best vacation rentals in Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils and Valle Crucis as well. Owned by the always bubbly, Debbie Apple – Debbie and her staff just simply go out of their way to make your stay in the mountains all that it can be. Debbie’s one of those people who drops off Christmas baskets to friends and business associates – simply because she wants to and cares! She and her staff take that same mentality and caring approach to their business of putting people like you and I in vacation cabins and rentals that will provide for us the perfect ski or vacation getaway that you need and want it to be!

Debbie is the Broker/Property Manager for A and W Mountain Rentals but prior to that she owned two “rent from owner” chalets on Beech Mountain for five years. She, more than most, understands what is important to a homeowner. A vacation home is not just an investment of money. It is an investment of emotions. She and her staff care for all the vacation rental homes with the same thorough and thoughtful approach that she would use for her own properties.

She and her staff also work with each visitor and guest to the area to assist them in finding the cabin best suited for their needs, budget and desired amenities. From luxury vacation lodges, to cabins in the woods, or to vacation rentals at the highest elevations, A & W Vacation Rentals has a vacation getaway ready and available to make for one sweet vacation.

They offer many vacation cabin rentals on the slopes or within a short drive to Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain, Hawksnest’s new Tubing Park and Appalachian Ski Mountain.

AND RENTING JUST GOT A LITTLE CHEAPER!!!

Back in the Summer when gas prices were through the roof, Debbie and her staff began offering a "GAS ALLOWANCE" Discount to help cover the high cost of travel. Now that gas prices have plummeted, she has not ceased to offer this great deal.

THEY HAVE EXTENDED THIS SPECIAL AS A LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT to anyone booking a vacation cabin for the rest of the 2008-2009 ski season! This special applies to winter stays of 3 nights or more (not 2-night stays) that are booked within 14 days of arrival. This special applies only to new bookings reserved 1/2/09 or after but is not available for this President’s Day Weekend. All other dates apply though!

CHECK INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES FOR DISCOUNT AMOUNTS. Click here to visit their rentals page!

They have additional discounts for Military Personell and several of their cabins offer late season discounts as well. The end of February is forecasted to be a snowy and cold period and that promises to bring with it some of the best powder skiing conditions of the season. Also March skiing is great because the temperatures begin to mild up a bit and lift lines are nearly non-existent. That makes for more time skiing or snowboarding.

There’s nothing better than spending a day on the slopes, playing and sledding in the snow and then relaxing by a fire or in the hot tub of one of the nicest vacation cabins in the area. The only thing better than that is renting one from A & W Rentals’ helpful staff!

Call A & W Rentals at 1-828-898-9188 or visit their website at www.AandWRentals.com  and grab one of their discounts! Tell them SkiNorthCarolina.com sent you! (Knowing them they will give you a discount for that!)
