Snowmaking has been ongoing since early Thursday morning, and today through the weekend should highlight exellent snow conditions on all slopes. Best of all, for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, snowmaking WILL NOT be in effect on ANY open slopes between 10am and 10pm both Saturday and Sunday.
The weather forecast for the weekend calls for partly cloudy skies, occasional snow flurries, and cool temperatures – perfect for a day on the slopes. Both the NC DOT and App Ski Mtn have been scraping & salting our entrance road and maintaining its good condition.
